A little about me

My name is Gary Weber and I have been working in clay since 1974. I have a Communication Arts degree with an Art minor from Salisbury University. I was an adjunct professor there teaching ceramics in the mid 90's. I developed the ceramics department of the Art Institute and Gallery in Salisbury, teaching there as well.

I got my first orchid as a house warming gift from the people I bought my home from in November of 2021. Never having owned an orchid, I began watching YouTube videos to learn how to care for it.

I now have over 50 orchids which is about all I have space for. I live and work in Maryland and can only grow indoors. I have a great location in my kitchen where they seem to be very happy. I am an avid orchid enthusiast lovin them blooms.

It is a bit ironic that I don't live in an area where growing on mounts is possible.
